Please help me, this is my problem : I have this blog : myphpsource . blogger . com , it's for php programming, but I don't have many visitors, about 10 - 20 unique visitors a day, and I have adsense on it. So, in my adsense rapports, I have about 700 page views in one month, and 2 - 5 clicks so I earn $ 0.4 a month, and this is very very very BAD ! Can you please help me out ?? When I started the blog, I was waiting for $ 30 - 100 per month for a small blog like it ! PS: Yesterday I got a click of $0.35, I liked it, but that happens 1 time in 5 months. You need to build links means share your link in your related niche websites and forums too. 3. Make website design SEO friendly. 4. Obviously when all this is done you need patience for atleast 2-3 months. 5. TRAFFIC + CONTENT = $$$ through adsense. So, these are very important points you must keep in mind.

I think it really is down to more traffic at the end of the day. I just had a look at your site and straightaway your ads are below the fold so people dont see them, also you have a boarder surrounding the ad, Get rid of that asap! people are going to scroll down, think "oh thats an ad" an sail straight on by it, you want them to seamlessly read into it, not be broken up. You've also got only the one ad type, try search and referrals too. since your site is mostly text keep the ads purely text based because image stands out to much hope that helps
And why would you expect to make more? You have to deliver what people WANT. It has nothing to do with what you want to write about. Ask youself why someone would WANT to visit your site. And what kind of action can you persuade them to take when they are on your site? Then how do you get them to visit your site. Marketing is a whole constellation of solutions and methods, not just build it and hope for the best.

If not, then you must remember that social visitors don't click ads simply because they don't need them. Search engine visitors do. 2.0 What are you doing so far to increase search engine traffic? Or are you just among those other social bloggers who love to go everywhere and socialize? 3.0 How are you increasing your back links? Social bookmarking, forum posting, etc.? 4.0 Are your content rich in keywords that you want search engine to find? I believe you must work harder to increase your traffic, targeted traffic. Thank you all ! The most of my traffic is from search engine , for example yesterday 15 visitors: 10 Google, 1 Yahoo ... I worked on SEO only the first week of blogging, I added it to directories, few blogs ( 2 - 5 blogs) and also somethings like "blogtoplist" "RateMyBlog" and "BlogCatalog": you can see them at right bottom in the website. The adsense ads are now more related to the website content, I see these days ads about php, scripts, freelancing ... that wasn't related to the content two months ago. So they become more paying ( As I said in the thread, I got a click of $0.35, but that was a single click in 1 or 2 weeks. I understand, thanks to you friends, that the most important thing is traffic, I will work on. But I need a help in link building and I don't know how to do it !
