Less likely to get a ban if registered to a business?

Ive been reading a lot about people being banned from adsense over something they have no control over. Would google be less likely to ban you if it is registered to your business instead of an individual?

Good question. I don't have a real answer, but my gut says "no". Of course if your business is named "Amazon" or "eBay", that may make a difference.

Actually that seems logical, but I doubt it, you don't need a business to not get banned by click fraud.

Just follow the TOS and you will be fine. They won't ban you just because you aren't a business.

In my opinion, Google does banned users who are actually getting low earnings. They'll just find a reason for the user to get banned. For them, the user is 'useless' for them and just a waste of space in their server.

It has nothing to do whatever your account is if you are doing illegal... google will always ban.
