Less Ads on the page...More Revenue

    Recently I read a blog. I read that the page contains lots of google ads get less amount per click whereas the page having less ads get more amount per click. Is it true guys?

    Nope, not true...
    If a large rectangle displays only 2 ads, that's the time we can say that this large rectanle with 2 ads pays bigger compared to a large rectangle with 4 ads..

    nope... iv got to with silveraden here

    i hade a banner of 728X90 at the top of my page... only banner that its i was getting 1 maybe 5 clicks a day

    but then when i blended my ads with the site and added more banners i started getting 20 + clicks a day

    its been like this now for about a month i made 90usd this month alone because i added more ads and blended the coloure with my site

    It depend upon your! choosen Ad Format because it varies due to change of CTR rate at times

    It sometimes happen, because too many ads will keep the visitors away as they may think it is a scam/MFA site.

    I heard and read on some of adsense related forums that less ads means higher PPC you get as a publisher. And in case your site is full of adsense ads, then average earning you get per click on average remains lesser.

    From what I know it all depends on how your ads are positioned. You will get less amount per click if someone clicks your second or third ad than if someone clicks your first ad in a page. But I'm not really sure if you'll make more money by having only one ad, I think it depends on your ad blending and positioning.

    Not sure, but I think this is not true.

    I have even tried it. I use to have only 1 ad unit in one of my site. Then I put two more ad units + 3 link units, and I didn't saw any change in pay per click.
