lenovo x3100 m5 system initializing issue

    Hello folks ..

    i'm getting issue on my server , its not boot and just showing system initializing, i left server on but still its hang, showing system initializing , is there any solution for it ?

    i reboot couple of times , change ram slots , change HDD but its not working !
