Lennie G From Australia - Sitebuilding aims

I'm Lennie G from Australia. I am retired and give about four hours a day on learning marketing. been at it for two years and made only a little income .
My aim is to develop quality Hub sites and present them for sale. Have some 'ordinary' sites operating but nothing like the content and power of a well set up Hub site.
I want to do well and make real money - I will probably give a lot a away when that happens - been a pattern inmy life. Also would want to teach others who are struggling in life to get an income from the net

My background is army chaplain and school chaplain. These days i do a little emergency teaching ( 2 days a week) this is when the teacher is off ill and a replacement is needed for the day. I like the work although at times the teenage energy and needs are hard to manage.
Have grandchildren and they still laugh at my jokes - no one else does ( they are all under 5 years) One is curious as to why I still work and need money because I can make money come out his ear - sad day when he learns the truth
Have taught my own children ( adults now) how to be reslilient no matter how you feel and it shows in their adult approach in life - always believed effort and persistence is more importance than jus tbeing bright - though good to have both
