Length of Page

Does Google consider short articles poorly written ones? What's the ideal length for a page before we break them into more than one page?

 

i think it would come down to unique content over length.

 

- Unique content matters.
- Content needs to be good else no one is going to bother to read it and hence it will be hard to promote something that is in gibberish.
- Ideal length is considered to be 300 - 500 words per page.

 

500-800 is good length

What is the ideal lenght for your users?
I'm thinking with a little bit of common sense here.. if it is too short it is not good enough.. if it is too long it will be bothering..
