    That will allow me to send an email
    I am looking for legit opt in lists

    Well you can always cotact some big IM gurus and ask them to use their list. Of course it's hard to get in touch with these guys and it's even harder to work with them. But if you have a good product that has some potential... you might be able to work with the big guys :)
