    Yea they are but that comes with a price
    SEO is not a 100$ job Real SEO's work for much higher prices ...

    I know self promotion is not good but i ofer quality SEO tell me url/age of site/targeted keyphrases so i can ofer a quote Also do you want it Results based (will be more expensive) or strictly a link building ofer

    Better to go for natural link building which you can do your own...That will be much better then paid..You will get a good back links in a small time but they are harmful some times in according to the search engines.

    With link building you get what you pay for!

    Cheap rates often mean poor results.

    Patience is what you need and prioritisation :)

    Very spot on if you think about it. Some of the best links are from articles so someone has to write an article, optimise it for the desired keywords, and post it. Since duplicate content is a bad idea every article must be individually written.

    Time = money BUT you will get an effective result.

    At all costs avoid the '1,000 links for $50' schemes which can do your website more harm than good.
