    2+ year old landscaping domain with great gardening/landscaping back links
    Yahoo business directory listed, gets referral traffic too!
    On page 1 of google for "Scottsdale Landscaping" just under the Places pack, I think this counts as position #2
    Built this site for a client that never ended up paying. Great resell opportunity
    Site gets traffic and minor ad clicks since putting the banner up.
