    This is really ridiculous this guy should be banned, there is no way this not against the TOS of the ebay partner program. He is just making it difficult for legit affilates to make money. Take your leads back to india

    I am not full of racism sir but you are obviously trying to scam ebay that is not even a question. You cannot guarantee leads unless you are doing it yourself or having someone else do it and those low quality or fake leads are clearly against the TOS of the program so have fun while it lasts.

    if he knows the conversion rate for leads, then he knows when to pull on a campaign and when to pull it of, based on the number of clicks, etc.
