Definitely scam there is no doubt about it. All Paypal emails would come from a @paypal.com email address and they will address you by your full name.

If there is anything you are not sure, log into your paypal account directly at http://www.paypal.com and see if the same thing appears in your account. Do not click on any links from the email as they can be spoofed.

 

paypal will not tell you, hi members,
they will address you with your full name, and if not its totally scam.

Quote the header here if you wish so everyone can be aware of this and make sure you send an email to PayPal. Also do not click any links as they will most likely link to phishing pages.

some people now a days are bad because they took money from people. but the good thing is when they trying to get money, we can get the money from dispute and claims.
