    I'd say, go see a lawyer, we're pretty strict in Australia so I would really want to 100% sure you can do whatever you want to do!! No matter what amount of advice you get here or any other forum, nothing beats a lawyer's advice when it comes to things like that!!

    ok first off you can't host adult content in Australia , not that you would want to either due to bandwidth costs

    you are pretty much safe to run a porn site as long as the content itself is not illegal because of depicting acts of violence, child pornography, bestiality or other types of illegal sexual acts(rape torure ) and that you have all the documentation to go with the content

    in my several years of running porn sites , i never had any trouble
