in a nutshell... ... i am interested in buying a domain name from another country that has strict guidelines on who is allowed to actually own their domain names. the bottom line is that... you must be a legal resident of that country, or have some form of relationship (mostly business) with some - one - or entity - within this country, in order to REGISTER the domain.... i can presently BUY the name... but i have 'x' amount of days to register that name. Question is this if i BUY the domain name under my account with my money.... ... and have it registered with a legal citizen of that country ... who is the actual OWNER of this name? Thanks in advance
