Legal way to get paypal account, Where its no available

I want to know if anyone from such part of world where paypal does not operates. Is there any legal way to get paypal account, For example if paypal have such facilities to provide accounts their with any term and conditions. Please share your expert views on this

Unfortunately, there's no legal way to get an account where Paypal does not allow. IMHO, the best way to send and receive payments through Paypal is by using SWREG. They have decent pricing options and I think it would be helpful for you and many others who cannot open Paypal account.

 

I see a paypal form for the countries those are in their list, But they take application and review that. So less chances for approval, Do any one know about this process

 

I don't think they manually approve their signups. Its all automated. Check out the following page for what's allowed and what's not in your country:

Yes I guess. There is a way to get a PayPal account if you have a friend or relative in a country which supports PayPal. They can open an account and can open PayPal verified, then you can use that PayPal account. Or if you can visit any such country, then you can also open a PayPal account, and can use it for ever (unless any problem occurs and PayPal asks you to verify your residential status).

 

There is no way if it not available in that country, I think. However you can use Paypal in that country but the account should be created in any other country where Paypal works.

Even if you can create a paypal, You will be in trouble once your account got limited.

 

You can try to create a Paypal account using proxy or VPN etc. but if they detect it later they will suspend your account and you may lose your funds. It is not worth the risk IMO. You can use other payment systems.
