    Hello all.
    I am attempting to create a legal torrent tracker + hosting website. I have a few questions regarding implementation. Namely: do frameworks designed for small private trackers (Gazelle, for instance) scale well for large projects? If not, where would I look for a respected contractor to help with implementation? How much would this cost?
