Legal to post movie trailers on youtube?

    I'm trying out this new business, but without this it won't work.... is it LEGAL to download movie trailers and post them on youtube?

    No, legally you can't take content owned by someone else and upload it unless you have express permission. Try reading the TOS: http://www.youtube.com/t/terms
