Legal to have links to rapidshare downloads of commercial software

    Hey guys, just wanted to know something

    Is it legal to have download links to places like rapidshare on your website for commercial software, templates, etc

    i know it's not having it on your own server and letting people download it from there, just wanted to know if it's legal to host the links to other sites

    I couldn't say about South Africa, but it is illegal in the US, the UK, and many other countries.
