It's certainly not a problem with the small gadgets - if you own the items you can give them away if you want to and it's no-one's business but yours. As for the AdWords coupons, you'll have to check the AdWords TOS - they might be non-transferrable which could cause problems.

But as i mentioned, A4 tech keyboard, PS3 concole games, all are defined as 'non-of-my product', i mean i just intend to attract more and more member to my site, but giving out a free gadget (which i will buy from them).

I mean, i am using the product (PS3, Wii, Keyboard, headset) to attract them, then, i m using them to promote my site 'indirectly', will it cause an issue to me?

It's no issue whatsoever. If you own the product you can give it away - simple as. How you brand the giveaway is a matter for you alone.

With products that you actually hold, there's no problem. But if these products are for free or has some other form of licenses (like free software), you should ask the developer or owner of the product's distribution license, whether or not you are allowed to give it for free or you are allowed to simply link them to their sites.

Yea, i know, but i mention those product are not FREE, E.g. Wii, PS3, they require certain amount of money to BUY, i mean i giving them for FREE, is bcoz those visitor reach certain condition, E.g. Signup/Join Contest/Refer Friend to join.

In short, i m using them(Wii, PS3) to promote my site. I wonder whether my action consider LEGAL or not. Coz i m using my REAL MONEY to buy from the retailer.

if you buy a product from a manufacturer and then give that product away for free, provided it is not explicitly stated as "non-transferable", then you are not breaking any laws.

like inkslinger says, if the product is free to you then you need to check that the terms and conditions of that particular product allow you to give it away to a 3rd party

I'm banging my head on a brick wall here - if you buy the product yourself and want to give it away then that's fine because it is yours to give away. As far as the person you're giving it to is concerned it is free - it matters not a jot that you've paid for it. It's no problem at all with Wii and PS3.
