I'm using PHP to create my firs Facebook app. But in order for it to work, I need to use my own database. Is it legal to use your own database for a facebook app?

    Hi,

Yeah - They won't provide you with a database to use or anything, you can use your own - However, make sure to read the privacy/terms and conditions regarding to storing users information (not sure if that's allowed)

    Regards,

    Steve

I'm just using a database to create a poll. I'm not storing any user info.

Yes most apps have multiple pages, most use fb:tab to enable pages on separate tabs
