Hi, Since I started my directory I've got a lot o submissions from real state, loans, diseases, etc. As a newbie in this field, I am now learning from my mistakes and I'm reviewing all the submissions careful. I've notice that some submissions from commercial sites/companies don't have physical mailing address, especially loan and mortgage sites, real state and few other's. Are these legal business or just spam? Thanks NN
Most dont and wont as their are so many directories selling the emails that people wont and with respect shouldnt use thier private box as you dont know who your dealing with anymore...just my 2 cents ever since i started using junk boxes the spam has dropped alot... thx malcolm
Reviewing sites is a little bit complex. You have to be very watchful on these kind of things especially at the lower portion of the sites and the links it has. Also use "who is" to find out more and if you have spider tools use it to find out illegal sites. Thanks
But they aren't legal business companies. Are they? Since I start, I didn't suspect that these were not legal, but since there is a lot of submissions from these sites I've been looking carefully. In the last day's I just clean up 15% or 20% of old submissions that were made. I just made a new rule ... "Commercial sites without physical mailing address are no accepted." Now I understand the hard work of keeping a clean directory NN
Most sites are actually sites which provide information about loans etc. They have adsense on sites too Saad
Thanks As I said before, since I'm trying to offer a clean directory ... "Commercial sites without physical mailing address are no accepted". That's the rule I use now. Thanks again! NN
