    The site got 700 visitors last month. The site is ranked 13th in yahoo for "attorney malpractice" which according to the google keyword tool that term gets 135k searches per month and the average cpc is over $20 so it is a great niche. I just forgot about it on my server. It has thousands of lawyers listed. Great site for only $65

    You are supposed to check [Exact] before searching, the term only gets 590 searches per month.

    That being said, it's still a good niche. I'm just clarifying how the tool works.
