    Hello,

    I am opening a business paypal account in EU and i need help with filling up and submitting a W-8BEN-E declaration for paypal. I will give all the details required.
    Pm me with your price for such service.

    I will pay via paypal or BTC for preparing W-8BEN-E declaration which gets approved by paypal.
