Legal requirements????

    Hello,

    Anyone knows if they are legal requirements to sell over the internet in the US?I mean such as having some kind of firm ect...like needed in europe...

    You generally need whatever is required by your home area.

    Check with a lawyer though.

    It depends upon whether your selling is done in a "hobby fasion" or done primarily to make money as a business.
    -What are you going to do?? But local standards usually apply first though.

    Depends on what you're selling too. Some products, like guns, alchohol, and drugs are highly regulated. You want to double check to make sure what you're selling is legal where you're selling it.

    If you have any physical presence in a U.S. state you will also have to deal with sales tax collection for that state. If you're just in Europe, then you don't have to worry about it unless the law changes.
