I have two domain names that I believe might infringe on copyrighted material. They are paguito.net and purinapet.com What do I do with these? They get some traffic, but I'm afraid of doing anything with them cause I'm not an expert on legal matters of this sort. Any advice would help.
You are getting copyrights and trademarks mixed up, but you are right to recognize that you may have a problem. It's not just the name, its how you use it that can constitute infringement.
