I read an article about how a guy pays people to sign up under him after he joined CJ. As in: He gets paid two dollars for each person that joins the program (dating service, computer site etc) And when they do that, he pays them $1 of it. It seems kind of fishy to me, does CJ or other sites tolerate that?
