I want a run a site simmilar to this one: http://www.buscamp3ya.com/

the site is searching for MP3 from other website and download it from it...

so basicly the site is a search for MP3

Is this illigal or legal for using adsense ...

Please help me

 

I think that Your site is illegal, so no, Adsense on such site isn't a good idea.

 

why is it illigal ? i don`t host any mp3 on my host it direct redirect to other websites where it gets the mp3 from!!!

This is exactly right. Your site is promoting something illegal, so yes - it's against the rules and basically illegal itself.
