    • privacy
    • piracy

    Well USA has laws concerning those under the age of 13 and their private information.

    Ugh..other than TM, Privacy, or Copyright what other concerns do you have?

    At the moment, nothing that may cause concern, but I'll get a copy of the DPA form drawn up by next week. There may be a few things that need adusting.

    Also remember that your local laws apply to you not international law. If you live in Europe you don't have to care about US laws. They don't apply to you.
