I am afraid you will have to be a more more specific if you want a quality reply. Are you writing them or do you want to publish the releases of others?
If that is the case you should be able to avoid most if not all legal hassles with a couple of statements in your site TOS. I don't see where you have much liability at all. You are merely allowing others to post content. 1. Information posted on this site is believed to be accurate but is not warranted. 2. The poster of the material or release is responsible for the accuracy of the content. 3.Submissions to this site grant the Publisher the right non-exclusive right to publish this information on the web........... and can go on to say or not say a period of time. 4 Consider posting any limitations as to what you will publish. Best to cover the porn, hate etc. content exclusion if you think it might be a problem. No, I am not a lawyer. So you should re word these if you choose to use them.
