I would love for you to help me out with this if you can. I'm from India and I'm under the process of setting up an online business but have no idea about any legalities issues that might crop up. Also I've been doing some affiliate work for a company outside India and they are going to pay me via PayPal but I don't have a business name registered or anything like that for the affiliate and advertising stuff. ... so what sort of legal issues might crop up there too because I've a personal PayPal account and not business/premier. Appreciate your help mates. PS. I've filled up the purpose code of my PayPal under the 'advertising and research' category, if this information might help in anything.
