    like shaddi.com etc we are not providing mobile number validation

    will only legal disclaimer will do ?

    What do you mean by will legal disclaimer, You need to find whether as per laws in your country is ok , meaning if a marriage bureau is run then it is OK to have profiles without verification because in a way your website will also act like a marriage bureau which is ONLINE

    Last time I heard there was a big havoc around this in India. I saw it on news. There are laws so you should better check them out. But I know for sure it is not just upload a script and go scenario.
