Legal issues around this contest?

    Just a quick question.

    What are the legal areas/problems around having a contest where people have to upload a video to you tube dancing to a "artists" song for example.

    Well, copyright issues with the ownership of the song would be a problem.

    I mean upload a video where the user actually sings the song over the beat for example???

    Isn't that ok, all its doing is promoting the artists music...
