Legal Content (with adsense) on Primary Domain But Illegal Content On Sub Domain

Hello!
i have a primary domain with approved adsense account.On my primary domain i have totaly legal content.but i want to start a mp3 search engine on a sub domain.But i am not going to place adsense on this sub domain.
is it effect on my primary domain's adsense account???
please help me.

I dont place adsense on mp3 page then i dont think there will be any issue.
