Legal Agreements for Forums?

I'm starting a tech related message board, and I'm currently going over the default Legal Agreement that SMF has placed in there by default. It seems well enough, but is there something specifically I should include that it does not?

I have a board at the top for Rules and stuff, for basics such as harassment and avoid trolling, lying, should a line about checking those be included in the registration agreement?

Also, I have the Age 13+ limit set. Is there anything specific I need to do here other than SMF's default? (eg: if a user enters a birthday that equals age 12 or lower, it will not process the registration).

Lastly, if theres anything else you can think of, please let me know. Also, this is not just for my sake, I searched a bit and could not find a post about this topic here, so hopefully it benefits others.

The SMF Pre-Registration Agreement is:
