i see a usenet link in yr siggy so am guessing newsgroups or a tracker , guess it won't work , TPB did exactly the same thing and they are still hounded by laws suits , though legally it is retarded since the owner ship of site does not reside in that country any more , but if you are a big fish they will try every way possible to bring it down but if your not in sights yet moving the host to safer grounds is the best idea. most of the times the buck stops there.

as for banking that is what finally links you to the site and could be the death blow in a legal case.
