    Im still about :eek:

    I thought I would rather wait for any legal threats to turn up in writing, rather than via email correspondence.

    Im still nervously waiting on that happening.

    I removed the offending website and redirected the url.

    The 21 day deadline they gave is well and truly over

    That's reasonable. Just expect the postal mail to be a notice of suit, and do
    be ready to deal with it.
