Well, looks like you stole content and the original writer sent a complaint to google.

There was issue with it because you were making money with that stolen content, so were infringing on the original author's income.

Read the damn email and delete your content then fill out a form and send Google a letter as per their instructions.

stop copying and pasting content and write your own. simple. you did take english in high school did you not? i assume you wrote essays and the like.

The author thought it was. That's all that matters.

And yes, reproduction without consent of the original author or copyright owner is in fact copyright infringement. Doesn't matter if you have links to it or not.

    I don't get it?

Seems pretty clear to me, just do what they ask :) Some people are obviously alot sharper with their work being taken without their permission (linkbacks aren't consent from the author). I would just write the letter and delete the page. I don't know why you posted it here as you might get some people flaming you for it.

I guess i was just freeking out a bit..
    im fine now..
I was just wondering if i had to actuall do this....
some times you get send "scare tactics"
but by your responces ill take this as a must do..
And im working on writing my own content.. but thier is only so much time in a day...

And SVZ i still dont consider giving someone a BL and posting thier article stealing (in this case this author, didnt write his own material so HE did steal the info)
but page is gone ... now to finish all the other steps

Hehe, when people steal my content: ebooks/ideas/site concepts, I normally feel pretty good. You can't protect your content from everyone, so I don't see the point in trying when I get 50 results for my product in Google. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery :)

But I spose I don't dwell on ideas and I move on, so it doesn't bother me as much as it would if I wrote fully researched articles.
