I have a client that has a website that is taking off and he wants to know if he needs to register with any state/gov agency such as a trademark, copyright, etc. All money he makes goes to his S Corp that is a different name than the website... I thought that maybe he should register the ficticious name, but not sure if it is neccessary. Thanks
