Hezbolla supporters shot up a girl who voted for the march 14th politicians. Now they have to amputate her leg from what I hear on the forums. They have the pic on that site. Id rather not show that here.:(

Maya Keyrouz (28years) shot on Fidar Road by Hezbollah supporters

We can proudly talk about democracy in this country. Every where in
the world, after the elections, the winners win, and the losers
acknowledge the winners win. But not in Lebanon, they keep analyzing,
they keep bringing up numbers, they keep saying they won.
This was the parliament elections, members of the parliament were
elected. The Lebanese people voted for them. Khalas, we stop at this
point and continue from the next? These members of the parliament
which the Lebanese people elected now represent them, so now move your
demands and inquiries and requests to those members so they can talk
    about them in the parliament.

But the best part of these elections are, how the individuals deal
with certain cases. On the elections day, June 7, 2009, Maya Keyrouz
    (http://www.lorientlejour.com/articl...a_Keyrouz,_agresse_sur_la_route_de_Fidar.html)
was attacked by 2 cars having Hezbollah flags displayed from their
windows. Her car was tailed by one and put in siege by another, they
shot at her, and apparently the hood of her car was on fire, leading
her body and face to burn. Maya Keyrouz is in her 20, who had a
picture of leader (from 14 March) in her car. Her car was found thrown
on the side of the highway, between trees. She risks having her leg
removed because of the severity of her burn wounds.

Political party leaders, as you sow, so you shall reap. You build
hatred, disrespect and xenophobia in your followers heart, look what
they did, look what happened to them.

Since you are like 12 years old and have no idea what you're talking about i'll educate you.

    Israel occupied Lebanon from 1982-2000.

Yeah, i will explain. I had a chuckle at "whos cruelty is unmatched in the world". They must be really really cruel to be constantly building hospitals, social services for kids, schools and shelters for old people...what cruel people. The only reason they are branded as a terrorist organisation is because they humiliated and kicked Israel's ass...twice.

I wouldn't say so, they stopped the illegal occupation of Lebanon by Israel. That was good for Lebanon. And now they are doing wonders in the impovrished south in terms of development.

You think anyone that fights Israel are monsters......well everyone else thinks you are the monsters.

they are doing great for the shiites in the south but they are holding the rest of lebanon hostage and whenever they want, they can start a war with israel and the government and the people of lebanon have no say in this. The majority of lebanese have spoken up and they are sick and tired of fighting with anyone. They just want to be left alone in peace. Hezbolla is funded and armed by iran and syria and whatever these 2 countries want hezbolla will do. Do you think its a coincidence that they started that recent war with israel? It was perfectly setup to take pressure off of iran who at the time was coming under pressure for their nuclear program and syria who was coming under pressure for the tribunal investigation into harirris death.

If hezbolla were a true defender of lebanon, they would have defended lebanon against all invaders. Hezbolla never lifted a finger when syria invaded lebanon and occupied it for 15 years. Why???????? Because maybe they have the right over all other lebanon to determine who is the occupier and who is not? and when the syrian occupiers left lebanon did hezbolla celebrate? NOOOOOO, they threw a party with bussed in syrians coming illegally from syria to make the protest (to keep the syrian occupiers in lebanon).

The only reasons israel want that small patch of land in lebanon were the water rights of the litani river and as a buffer of defense. If israel wanted lebanon does anyone believe that a militia could stop them? When will the next order come down from syria and iran to start another war with israel? Lebanon is a tiny country. How much more suffering will they go through for the agenda of foreign countries. Most lebanese are not foreign anything (east or west) but they voted against hezbolla because they right now are the ones forcing their agenda on the lebanese people. If lebanon were left alone they would florish again and become the paris of the middle east.

Hezbolla may have started as defenders but they have grown into a political group following the orders of foreign countries. March 14th may be filled with crooked politicians but they are crooked politicians that have moderated their ways and thrown their weapons away. The lebanese have chosen the lesser of 2 evils.
