Leaving bad feedback after a few months

There should be a way to punish cheaters and lousy business man that sell links, services etc that can be only evaluated after a few months, thus leaving review/feedback after some longer period.

For example, guaranteed backlinks etc that turn out to be a fake etc... the same applies for link sellers that sell permanent or 6-24 month links, but remove links after a few months. I just want to make sure other people do not get burden by these lousers/cheaters/pranks.

Any suggestions? Perhaps there should be "A cheater sub-forum/category" where people can post their bad experience - let the other forum members know. Then of course all these bad posts can be directly linked from a member profile.

My advice is never leave feedback until after you are sure things are going well. Buy a link for a month, leave feedback after the month is over.

And a cheater subforum risks becoming a libelous cesspool of members bashing each other over stupid things that can't be verified or that resulted from miscommunication. Then we'd be stuck with constant requests begging us to delete things either from people being bashed or from the OPs who post in haste and then later work it out. We don't have the staff to deal with that kind of crap. You're already able to leave iTrader, and you can leave negative feedback in the deal thread (even if it's much later). Those are the appropriate methods to air grievances here, and there's no time limit on leaving feedback in the threads (if it's closed, use a bad post report to request that we re-open it).

also true.... ..but how about extending feedback leaving period.... ? people don't browse old treads that much since it's too time consuming..... you can see in the posts were people offer some service and then post info that they do not offer it anymore.... 5 newbies still reply with "send me more info"... etc...

but if you buy a link for 6 months? You cannot leave feedback after some certain time period....

If you see people posting things like "send me more info," use the report post button to report the bumping and moderators will take care of it.
