Well, this thread is for those who use HDFC netsafe VCC with Paypal to purchase online.
I'd say, don't do that because i got my account limited because of using too many HDFC netsafe generated VCC's. I called them and discussed the issue and they lifted the limited account now with a warning to permanently limit it if ill use a VCC again.

So be careful guys and don't use netsafe VCC on your paypal to buy stuff online, and rather use HDFc netsafe generated VCC directly "WITHOUT" logging in to your paypal account.

    Peace!
    Deven

Thats what I do on almost all sites. VCC in PP should be used only when they don't accept VCC.

Yeah, but its better not to use VCC at all with paypal account in any situation.
The email they sent, they mentioned that "Your PayPal account has been permanently limited because too many credit cards have been added and removed from your account." which was a shocker for me, but i called them immediately and they lifted the ban with warning.

Um i don't understand this I use vcc with to verify my accounts all the time. Or is this because you used too many on one account?

Yes, that was because of too many VCC's used on a single account.

Yep, too many attached to a single account.
Foolish, it was to be honest.
