Learning illustrations of characters and people.

Hi,

I know it may be a lot to ask of someone who knows how to design illustrations/characters in Adobe Illustrator or maybe even Photoshop, bur I am really wanting to learn this and can't seem to find a valuable tutorial on line.

If you'd be kind enough to maybe show me how to do it with a screen share program or even record videos for me that would be amazing.

For illustrator, simple and straightforward tutorials are available online.

You might find what you need on
vector.tutsplus.com and vectips.com

 

Drawing people and characters isn't something you can learn from a book or tutorial - you need raw artistic talent for that! I went to design school (I have a degree in industrial design), so I think I can draw pretty well. However, I cannot draw people. It's a very specialized talent.

I'm not trying to discourage you - just being realistic, that's all.
