well it has an end, but all those are inter-related to each other. You can combine HTML + CSS to create raw templates, HTML + CSS + PHP for wordpress themes and forum themes etc. HTML + CSS + PHP + Javascripts = Themes with additional jazzy functionality. so we cannot say that it has no end but, the possibilities of creating new stuff has no end.

There are two types of CSS that you can use. One is inline.. in the sense u will not be having any external stylesheet and will include it in the header. Another is the external stylesheet, which is used 95%. CSS will eliminate the need of using tables upto 95% in the beginning and later u can create tableless designs.

btw, CSS = Cascading Style Sheet

keep it up. learn everyday and you must dare to fail before success. succeed must start with dare to fail and take action to fix any problem you face it...

Before you start your attempts at learning CSS, learn HTML to a good point at which you feel comfortable.

You will also need to read up on the art of using the magnificent <div> tags. In a HTML file, the <div> tag will read the CSS and input it onto your page. You can make hundreds of interesting things via CSS.

Then you get to learn PHP, MySQL, Flash, JavaScript, ASP, ASP.NET, etc...

    Fun huh xD

I would start by replacing the title with a more relevant title to the kw you are trying to target. Also, keep the title tags at 110 characters or so.

HTML is probably the easiest to learn out of all the others like css, php, java, flash.
