Ok I would like to kindly and polietly ask anyone who happens across this thread to give me some feedback on my site in it's current state. All comments are welcome and will be taken on board for analysis. I'm currently only 7-8 months into web design / seo and i'm enjoying the journey thus far and would like opinions on my efforts be them good or bad. The site looks good, clean, and nearly the same in all browsers. I'll give my opinion on what I would change if this was my site, just to make it more pleasing to the eye: -The text box with the white background is too bright with everything else being so dark. I'd change the background of this text box to be a very light and subtle grey or blue. -The a:hover color is too dark with your background, it could look better if you had the link text start with the #CC0033 color, and change the a:hover color to #f9a7bb or another other light/bright pink color in the same spectrum - as if you're "revealing" the link when hovering over it.
I quite like it.But, I do have to agree about the white text box. Perhaps change the background color to light gray.
Thankyou for your comment's so far if you'd care to review it again? I've made some minor changes based on your suggestions which should make it a little easier on the eyes. #EBECE4 Is now an off white color for the bulk of the sites text aswell as the quote box. #000000 Background is now black, I myself find it easier on the eyes I hope you agree! At this time i'm a little reluctant to change the #CC0033 link colour as I really like it Thanks for the comments made as you can see by the minor changes I take them very seriously
