I've been debating what to do with the site for a while, even tried a wiki (erased and reopened many times, due to abuse), and I found it quite hard with my lack of time to manage a site like that.

I'm looking for serious offers, i know the domains worth, I've been checking apprisals for a while and i think i got a firm idea about how much its worth.

Someone who's willing to put in time to develop it, you can make some serious money in this niche, PPC is VERY high on those keywords (like 1.1something$, anyway) and its not very competitive, its a niche that's fresh and isn't dominated yet, this is a great domain to rush in (consider that all learn*language*.com pretty much, are already established sites (ie learnenglish.com learnchinise.com learnhebrew.com learnarabic.com)
though esperanto is a less spoken language (about 1 Mil speakers) its not worth as much as learn chinise, which is probably somewhere in the millions of dollars, but still its still a real language spoken by a MILION speakers, so I'm looking for serious offers.

If you want the wiki already installed, though there's no pages due to vandal's, and me not having time to moderate, i can simply pass you all the files in a zip or something.
