    First you need to learn the rules and then play them better than the rest , only if you don't play them better than the rest you need to break them.

    I think whatever game one plays he should known each and every bit of it,then only one can succeed. and yes for breaking rules purposely one should know beforehand which is the best way to break it so that he never gets caught.

    Breaking rules hmmm. I have done a lot during my school days. Its like fun but it comes with a lot of risks. SO better to stay away. :D Still if you like, go for it. :p Afterall rules are made to be broken. :)

    first learn the rules properly and then, when you can advise people on rules, play around them...

    i agree..
    i think life is a lot better when there are rulers and the rule breakers, they keep it all in balance..
    i wouldn't suggest my children to be cops if everybody just obeys the rules totally..you know what i mean :p
