Learn Joomla easily?

I've set up a Joomla site for my friend on my server, and I'm wondering if anyone could point out sites I could send her to help her learn Joomla quickly and easily? She doesn't know website design at all, but she still wanted to have a site, so I installed Joomla for her, figuring that would still allow her to set up something.

She can read in the Joomla Documentation Site, the Official Manuals.

Or, if she wants quickly and easily, this Mambo/Joomla Video Tutorials.

 

I learned Mambo and Joomla through trial and error by setting up a trial site.
I think this is the best way to explore the CMS without the fear of screwing up a real site.
Documentations and tutorials are a great help but nothing beats experience.

For your friend in particular, encourage her to "play around" the system. Assure her that there's always a backup copy to restore if something screws up big time.

best thing is to learn via trial and err as obenix said earlier; i have learnt everything regarding webdesign through trial and err and where i found no way then i consulted tutorials, documentations; and for solving problems DP is the best platform!
