You ever heard about people that are making thousands of dollars on facebook selling what ever???? I have heard that and I'm trying to understand how they are really doing that or it's just an illusion. Can you share your experience with facebook and if it was successful then tell us what you have done there to be so successful. Thank you
Simple. Since you're in the real estate business according to your sig. open an fb account, make friends and join groups. You want to build a relationship with your friends so they trust you before any offers is made. This will take time but time well spent because that relationship will build into customers if you do it right. Now I can go on and on but its best you browse the forum for more info. I've got tons of things to do.
Make several pages within your niche, then attract fans by posting onto other relevant page walls. Then encourage your fans to interact with your page by posting interesting (and related) videos, articles, polls or whatever... you want them to comment, like or even share your status so that their interaction will appear on their wall for all of their friends to see - attracting even more new likers. Once they're fairly built up start to cross promote a little bit, post links to your other relevant pages from your pages with lots of fans. Do this every now and then but not TOO much or else people will get annoyed and "unlike" your page". When you have a solid number of fans altogether (aim for at least 5-10k) start promoting relevant affiliate offers. CPA offers work well but so can affiliate offers for relevant products.
