    This site assumes that people have no previous knowledge of HTML or CSS. I will try to make it as simple as I can for for people to understand. I love web design and I really want others to learn to love it, too. I understand most here already know how to do web design but feel free to check it out and tell me what you think. Its simple but hopefully effective looking.
