    First of all, simmer down.

    Second, when you're reading advice that suggests techniques like this, take note of the copyright laws where you live. In the US (and other areas), it is not legal to publish translated copies of another's content without their permission to do so - it's considered a derivative work and therefore requires the permission of the original copyright holder. That also means you can't even go to sites like ezinearticles and offer translated copies unless the site's terms say you're allowed to publish edited, derivative works rather than publishing the articles as-is. As far as it being "ethical" as opposed to legal - in my book it's extremely unethical, and certainly wouldn't do much to help build your image or reputation in a niche, so don't even think about these kinds of strategies if you're looking to build any kind of authority site or blog.
