    Thanks, will my posts get deleted, if I change a wordpress theme.
    Can I adjust/use plugins like 'related posts' etc. which I was using in the previous theme.

    It is very easy . first go to dashboard. then click theme. then click install theme. then you can search a lot of theme and install a lot of theme . enjoy them.

    Someone says it's easy to install wp themes. It's not easy there are always bugs etc...

    no . it is not very hard to install wordpress. it is better you take help from any blog . And complete installation . While everything is ok. then to enter your blog pls write "localhost/wp-admin"
